Hello Game's now infamous No Man's Sky is not by any means a bad game, it's just had a rough start. Yes, the game was marketed as something much more grand and extravagant than it was, but that doesn't change the fact that No Man's Sky is quite the masterpiece for an indie game studio like Hello Games. When it comes down to it, after all the refunds and negative reviews online, No Man's Sky still has a dedicated player base who is much enjoying the experience that has been crafted by this indie team of developers. The dust has settled from the storm per say, but yet there is one thing that Hello Games has failed to do: Update its players on the games development. Although not the wisest move, ignoring the negative press for a few weeks after release is one thing that maybe I can find empathy for..but blatantly shutting your true fans out of the development process is something that is detrimental to a games ability to thrive. If there is anything that No Man's Sky needs right now, its some positive PR (public relations) in order to patch its current negative reputation. If the team could inform its fans of the work that is being done on the game and give information on when to expect more information, it would work wonders for No Man's Sky's current sickness. Hopefully Hello Games can come out of the shadows before the dust blows its fans onto the next space exploration game, because I see so much potential for this pricey game.

Its been about a week now sense I had set on the adventure of building this website. Compared to day one and now, this place is completely different (but that's to be expected as its a learning process), and I'm starting to like it.
The layout is finally starting to take shape, and considering how that was the largest issue for me to figure out, I'm impressed with what I have been able to accomplish between university classes and procrastinating my studies. hopefully now that this website is starting to look like something more than clutter, we can start to incorporate the use of this place into our own video making and interactions with you guys! We'd love to hear some feedback on this place and what it could use as that it is missing, just shoot us a comment or send us a PM on YouTube (Kaned Productions). Have a great day guys, Josh. |
